AMANN has started supporting “Teenah”, a social textile startup in Jordan. Teenah, founded by Ms. Agnes Aistleitner, solely employs female refugees arriving from the bordering country of Syria. The textile production plant is constantly growing and is specialised in producing sustainable bags and home textiles. Teenah does not only employ these women, but also gives them a chance to take part in various educational programmes to become social entrepreneurs, in order to gain perspectives and create opportunities on their own someday.
We are glad to support Teenah’s projects on a long-term basis.
